No data protection officer has been appointed because the controller has not determined that the appointment is legally required.
2. Data we process
The form may collect your name, email, service interest, and project description, plus company, phone, website, budget, preferred start date, and language if you choose to provide them. Cloudflare may process technical data required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, HTTP headers, request time, and security signals. Your browser may store the selected language.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to answer your inquiry and take pre-contractual steps requested by you under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); to secure the website and prevent abuse under our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f); and to meet legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(c). The form acknowledgement records that you read this notice; it does not make consent the necessary basis for answering an inquiry. We do not use inquiry data for newsletters or automated marketing.
4. Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare may process data for hosting, CDN, and security, and Resend may process it for email delivery after that integration is configured. Authorized technical providers, professional advisers, or authorities may receive data when necessary or legally required. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; transfers for which we are responsible use a GDPR Chapter V mechanism where applicable, such as an adequacy decision, EU-US Data Privacy Framework participation, or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are reviewed and normally deleted no later than 24 months after the last relevant communication. If a contract begins, commercial, tax, and accounting records are retained for the period required by law, which may reach 10 years. Technical and security data is retained only as needed for operations, abuse investigation, and legal defence within provider settings. Data may be kept longer where a dispute or legal duty requires it.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability, and you may object. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn for the future. We answer without undue delay and normally within one month. Proportionate information may be requested to verify identity.
7. Complaints, security, and automation
You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, dataprotection.ro. We use HTTPS, access control, data validation, request limiting, and proportionate Cloudflare protections. The inquiry form does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Children and changes
This website presents professional services and is not intended to collect data from anyone under 18. We may update this policy when services, providers, or the law change; the current version and date appear on this page.
